This Site is hosted for us by Maynard Malone Ltd, 40 – 42 Charterhouse Street, London EC1M 6JN. This Privacy Policy applies to the entire contents of the Site and to any correspondence by e-mail between us (collectively “Electronic Media”).  By clicking on 'Enter Scapa' on The Scapa website, you are stating that you accept every term of this Privacy Policy. We take reasonable care to comply with the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act 1998 relating to the personal information you supply on the Site and to keep details of your order secure but in the absence of our negligence we cannot be held liable for any loss which you may suffer as a result of unauthorised third party access to your personal data provided whilst using the Site website.
